Exercise your data rights

Data privacy laws offer individuals certain rights in relation to their personal information, including access, deletion, the ability to obtain a copy, or the ability to understand what data we may hold about you. When you interact with various publisher sites in our online digital advertising network, we may collect information primarily consisting of cookies and similar online identifiers. The collection of this data allows us to deliver more relevant services and to serve you targeted ads and/or offers on our customer’s sites and applications.

If you wish to learn more, please click the “Submit a data rights request” button below where you will be taken to a portal that will describe the submission process.

California residents – Opt-out of the sale of personal information

We may share your personal information with third parties in ways that constitute “sales” under the CCPA. You may request that we not “sell” your personal information on a going forward basis. Please keep in mind that if you exercise your right to opt out of the “sale” of your personal information, you may still see certain ads on our publisher’s sites, and some data collection will still take place (for example, to detect or prevent fraud or deliver the services you request from us).

Disable //Commerce affiliate marketing tracking

//Commerce is the service that allows our customers to conduct affiliate marketing through their websites and/or links found in blogs or social media posts. We use cookies to track whether you have visited a merchant affiliated with one of the links found on these websites. Opting out of Sovrn //Commerce cookies means that Sovrn //Commerce will stop placing cookies on your device when you browse Sovrn //Commerce enabled websites and/or links. Clearing your browser’s cache or cookies will remove this cookie, and you will be required to opt-out of tracking again. Similarly, if you access sites that use Sovrn //Commerce from a different browser or device than the browser or device you opted out of tracking on, you will be required to opt-out again.
