Cicer arietium geneline chromosome in columns as to ancestor and Phaseolus vulgaris gene colors block stypel

Each chromosome from Grape and Cicer arietium is firstly represented by genes colinear to grape, and genes are denoted by short lines in 7 different colors related to ancestral chromosomes before the pan-eudicot triplication. Secondly, with the exception of Phaseolus vulgaris, chromosomes from Cicer arietium are represented by genes having Phaseolus vulgaris colinear genes, and these colinear genes in each plant are colored as to Phaseolus vulgaris chromosomes where their orthologs reside in. Thus, a chromosome in Cicer arietium genomes is displayed in two sets of shorts lines arranged side by side.
